NOTICE TO BIDDERS

              The City of Weeping Water is currently accepting bids for the operation of the Concession Stand at the Weeping Water Ballfield during the summer ball season for the ensuing year.  Bidders must be prepared to operate the concession stand for all scheduled games.  Operation of the stand during Limestone Days festivities is optional.  Additional information and a copy of the proposed contract may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk’s Office.

              All interested persons may submit a proposal to the City Clerk, PO Box 329, Weeping Water, NE 68463 by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018.  Minimum Bid-$500.

              The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bids submitted.
